A complete website designed and built from scratch. Elementor flexbox containers on Astra, with a performance budget agreed at wireframe stage and enforced through the build rather than patched on afterwards.

Qadeem Crafts handmade carpet storefront technical SEO and Core Web Vitals audit

Technical SEO · Full audit · Jul 2026

A Next.js handmade-carpet storefront shipping worldwide, invisible in search. The audit traced almost the entire problem to one systematically applied oversight in the image pipeline — and found the correct pattern already working elsewhere in the same codebase.

Google Business Profile local SEO management on Google Maps

WordPress · Design & build

Google Business Profile management

For a business serving a defined area, the profile often out-earns the website — it sits above organic results and carries call and directions actions. It is also the most routinely neglected asset a local business owns.

Focus → map-pack position, not profile views

Meta Ads campaign testing across three completed Facebook and Instagram campaigns

WordPress · Design & build

Meta Ads campaign testing

Three completed campaigns on deliberately small test budgets, comparing objectives and creative approaches. One of them delivered the best cost per thousand impressions of the set and produced no measurable outcome at all — which turned out to be the useful part.

Result → consistent cost per result, one hard lesson

Capability

What we actually do, in detail

Most agencies split these four across people who never speak. Market Latch was structured to close that gap — one strategist owning the connections, four named specialists doing the work.

WordPress design & build

Custom Elementor layouts on Astra using flexbox containers, which produce measurably lighter markup than the legacy section-and-column model and behave far more predictably across breakpoints.

Container nesting is capped at two levels, the widget set is kept deliberately small, and image dimensions are constrained at upload. These sound like minor habits; together they are the difference between a builder site that scores 80 and one that scores 40.

The trade-off we accept: a hand-coded static build would be lighter. It would also make the client dependent on a developer for every text change, which for a small business is a worse outcome than a few hundred kilobytes.

Technical SEO auditing

Crawlability, indexation, canonicals, sitemap and robots; Core Web Vitals measured on desktop and throttled mobile; structured data validated against the official Schema.org validator; heading structure, payload analysis and content duplication.

Every finding names the tool that produced it, so you can reproduce it independently rather than taking our word for it. Findings are ranked Critical / High / Medium / Low with a quick-wins set isolated, because nobody has an infinite budget and sequencing is the actual deliverable.

What we will not do: hand you a 60-page automated crawl export and call it a strategy.

Local SEO & Google Business Profile

Primary and secondary categories chosen against what customers actually search rather than how the business describes itself internally. Full service list, hours with exceptions, real photography.

Name, address and phone reconciled to be byte-identical across every directory carrying them — inconsistent NAP data is one of the most common and most quietly damaging local ranking problems. Review requests built into the client’s own workflow so the system survives the engagement.

Measured by: map-pack position for target queries, plus calls and direction requests in GBP Insights.

Paid media & performance

Meta Business Suite and Google Ads Manager campaign structure, custom and lookalike audiences, retargeting, creative production in Canva against a locked brand kit, and GA4 as the source of truth.

Conversion tracking is verified before launch — pixel firing and confirmed in Events Manager, events mapped to real business actions, campaign objective matching the metric being optimized toward. We learned this the expensive way, and the case study says so.

Always separate: ad spend is paid by you directly to the platform, never bundled into a management fee.

Working together

The commercial side, plainly

How an engagement is scoped, priced, run and ended. No discovery-call theatre — you will know exactly which stage you are in and what is expected of you.

A 20-minute scoping call

Not a pitch. We establish the outcome you want, what has already been tried, your margin and target cost per lead, and whether this is worth paying us for at all. Sometimes the honest answer is a template from the shop instead of an engagement, and you will hear that.

A written proposal with fixed scope and fixed fee

Deliverables, timeline, fee, and the dependencies sitting on your side. If content and approvals are the likely bottleneck, that appears in writing before anyone signs — not in a defensive email in week six. Out-of-scope work is quoted separately and needs your written approval first; we do not quietly expand scope and invoice for it.

Access, assets and a single decision-maker

We ask for delegated platform access under our own account wherever the platform supports it, rather than your passwords. You nominate one person who can approve at each stage — projects with three approvers and no tiebreaker are the most common cause of slipped timelines.

A fixed communication rhythm

One scheduled check-in per cycle plus asynchronous updates as work lands. You always know which named specialist is on your account and what they are doing this week. No account-manager relay.

Billing that keeps ad spend separate

Retainers invoice in advance of the service period; projects take a deposit at commencement with the balance at agreed milestones. Advertising spend, hosting, domains and premium plugin licences are billed to you directly by those providers — never bundled into our fee, so you keep full control and visibility of them.

A clean exit whenever you want one

On request at the end of an engagement we revoke our access, hand over working files, and remove ourselves from your platforms. Deliverables created for you are yours on full payment. There is no lock-in, no proprietary platform you cannot leave, and no hostage-taking of your own accounts.

What we need from you in week one. For an audit: the URL, plus read access to Search Console and GA4 if they exist. For a build: brand assets, content or a content plan, and that single approver. For paid media: business goals, target cost per lead, and admin access to the ad account. In every case the timeline’s biggest variable is not our capacity — it is how quickly assets and approvals come back.

Fit

Who this tends to work for

We are a small team and deliberately not right for everyone. Being straight about that upfront saves both sides a wasted call.

Good fit

Service businesses with a defined area — trades, clinics, professional services, logistics. Local search and a well-run Google Business Profile do heavy lifting here.
Small e-commerce and handmade brands — where product schema, image performance and content depth are usually the whole opportunity.
B2B firms with a long consideration cycle — content and technical SEO compound; paid ads fill the gap while they do.
Founders who want to understand the work — not just receive a dashboard. Our reporting assumes you want to know why, not only what.
Businesses replacing four vendors with one — the case where owning the connections between channels is worth more than any single channel.

Poor fit

Anyone who needs guaranteed rankings — we will not promise them, and we would rather lose the work than pretend.
Projects wanting black-hat shortcuts — bought links, PBNs, schema spam, review manipulation. We decline these and explain why.
Very large enterprises needing a dozen people on-site and 24-hour coverage. A five-person remote team is the wrong shape for that.
Anyone expecting meaningful results inside 30 days from organic search. Paid can move fast; SEO cannot, and setting that expectation honestly on day one is part of the job.
Engagements with no measurement possible — if we cannot track outcomes, we cannot improve them, and neither of us will enjoy the reporting.
Tooling

The stack, and why each piece is in it

Every tool here appears in the work above. It is a working stack, not a logo wall.

Build

WordPress + Astra + Elementor. Chosen for client editability above all. LiteSpeed Cache configured properly rather than activated and left at defaults — which is the norm and the reason most caching plugins do nothing. FluentForms for lead capture.

Diagnose

PageSpeed Insights / Lighthouse for performance, Google Search Console for indexation and query data, the official Schema.org validator for structured data, Rank Math for on-page and schema output. All reproducible by you.

Research

Semrush and Ahrefs for keyword, competitive and backlink analysis. Used to find intent gaps and link opportunities — not to generate a keyword dump nobody reads.

Campaigns

Meta Business Suite and Google Ads Managerb,, with GA4 as the measurement source of truth and conversion events verified before launch.

Create & plan

Canva against a locked brand kit and Google Sheets for content calendars. Both chosen because your team can keep using them after we leave — a system nobody internally can operate is a dependency, not a deliverable.

Team

Four named specialists across WordPress and technical SEO, Google and Meta Ads, content and social, and e-commerce development — each listed publicly with credentials on the team page.

Ways to work

Three routes in

Which one fits depends on whether your constraint is time, knowledge, or budget.

Fixed-scope project

A website build, a technical SEO audit, a GBP optimization, a campaign launch. Defined deliverables, timeline and fee. Best when the requirement has a clear finish line and you want a known cost.

Monthly retainer

Ongoing SEO, content or paid media where compounding effort is the entire point. Best when the work is genuinely continuous — competitive SEO and active ad management both are.

Do it yourself

The same methods packaged as checklists, audit templates and SOPs in the shop. Best when you have in-house capacity but need a proven system rather than a retainer.

Hiring questions

Are you a freelancer or an agency?

A small specialist team — neither a solo freelancer nor a large agency. Nadeem Alam leads strategy and owns every engagement; delivery runs through four named specialists covering WordPress and technical SEO, Google and Meta Ads, content and social, and e-commerce development. You work directly with whoever is doing the work. There is no account-manager layer relaying instructions to someone you never meet. Everyone is listed publicly with their credentials on the team page.

How long does a WordPress build take?

A focused business site of five to eight pages typically runs three to five weeks from kickoff to launch, assuming content and brand assets arrive promptly. Larger builds with WooCommerce, custom templates or extensive service architecture run longer.

The biggest variable is not development speed. It is how quickly content, imagery and approvals come back from your side — which is why that dependency is written into the proposal rather than raised defensively later.

Will you guarantee first-page rankings?

No, and treat anyone who does with suspicion. Rankings depend on competition, domain history, budget, content quality and algorithms controlled by third parties that change without notice.

What we commit to is professional skill, exclusively white-hat methods, honest reporting against a recorded baseline, and truthful timelines. If a competitive campaign genuinely needs six months, you hear that on day one — not in month five.

How much ad spend do I need to start?

Enough for the platform to exit the learning phase and produce statistically meaningful data — for most small businesses that means a genuine test budget over two to four weeks, not a token amount spread thin across several campaigns.

Before recommending a figure we need your target cost per lead and your margin, because those determine what a viable budget actually is. Ad spend is always paid by you directly to Google or Meta and never bundled into our fee, so you keep full control and full visibility.

Why do some projects here have no published numbers?

Because we only publish figures we can evidence. Where an engagement produced verified data and the client approved publication, it appears in full on the case studies page. Where results are still being confirmed, or the client prefers their strategy stays private, the project appears without metrics rather than with plausible-sounding ones.

Publication is always opt-in and never a condition of engagement.

Technical SEO principles are platform-independent; only the implementation path changes, which is why that audit reasoned about framework image optimization and build targets rather than plugins. The team also covers Shopify for e-commerce builds.

Do you work outside WordPress?

We build on WordPress but audit anything. The Qadeem Crafts engagement covered a bespoke Next.js application on Material UI with assets served from S3 and CloudFront — no CMS involved at all.

Do you work with clients outside Pakistan?

Yes — across the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, the UAE and Pakistan. Delivery is remote-first and time-zone flexible. Digital products in the shop are available worldwide as instant downloads with no scheduling at all.

Tell us what you sell and where growth has stalled. We reply with a plain assessment of whether we are the right people for it — and what we would do first if we were.
